Suncadia, WA

This picturesque Washington State resort is where the unique Cedar and Sage turnkey custom home model was born. Nestled into over 6,000 acres of forested mountain landscape, our homes give you access to world-class hiking and biking trails, championship golf courses, world class spa treatments, inspired local dining, and a vibrant regional winery scene. We are actively building 28 homes and 32 condos in Suncadia and for the past 3+ years we have been the area’s largest builder.

Richland, WA

Richland is part of the Washington region called the Tri Cities, comprised of the communities of Pasco, Kennewick, and Richland. It is located in Benton County and is considered one of the safest communities in Washington State. Richland is considered the most desirable of the three and has all the factors that everyone looks for: plentiful parks and nearby outdoor recreation, top-rated schools, a delightful urban core with dining and shopping, and upscale real estate opportunities.  Currently we are engaged in several multi-family apartment projects including The Tides with 126 units and Columbia Point with 176 units.

Spokane, WA

The city of Spokane Washington is the state’s second-largest city, yet it offers an approachability uncommon for its size (just over 200,000 residents). The Spokane River runs through the center of its historic downtown, adjacent to several world-class city and state parks. Nearby Airway Heights is a growing, family-friendly place rich with wonderful people, and easy access to parks, transportation, stores, and more. It offers a small-town feel with plenty of opportunities for growth, and it’s less than a 10-mile drive from Spokane, within Spokane County. Cedar and Sage is developing exciting real estate projects in Airway Heights including a 92-unit apartment complex which will offer residents a townhome like feel with a rich set of amenities, upscale design and contemporary feel.  Airway Heights will also feature a mixed-use area that will complement the multi-unit residential component of this project.  Groundbreaking is planned for October 2022.  Additionally, we have our Spokane Valley development which includes 60-70 single family resident lots and 300 multi-family units.

Valley County, ID

Valley County is a rural county located in the U.S. state of Idaho with the county seat in Cascade, Idaho. Outdoor recreation and high-altitude living is the main attraction here, in historic mountain towns like Cascade, Donnelly, and McCall, Idaho. Residents in this area enjoy hiking, mountain biking, river rafting, boating and more!  Cedar and Sage is currently building multiple custom mountain homes in Tamarack Resort, Blackhawk and Whitetail and is considered one of the area’s top preferred builders. Additionally, we are the general contractor on a new 32-unit condominium project for the Tamarack Resort.

Treasure Valley, ID

Stretching from East to West across the Southern end of Idaho, the “Treasure Valley” was coined in 1959 to reflect the treasure trove of opportunities and resources that the region offered residents and guests alike. Today, many communities here – Boise, Eagle, and Meridian to name few – are popping up on numerous “Best places to…” lists. This high desert area features four season comfort and lifestyle opportunities with vibrant civic center and rich history. Cedar and Sage is headquartered here and is actively working on several high-value residential, both single family and multi-family, real estate development projects in Treasure Valley.
