Summary of Position The Warranty Representative/Project Engineer at Cedar and Sage serves as a key link between homeowners, construction teams, and internal operations. This role is responsible for managing post-construction warranty service while also supporting active projects through coordination, documentation, and field execution.
The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, and solutions-oriented. They are able to balance customer communication with construction knowledge and project support.

- Familiarity with Buildertrend or construction management software preferred
- Basic understanding of construction processes and terminology
Typical job tasks
1. Warranty Service Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowner warranty requests.
- Review, triage, and schedule warranty items in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to complete warranty work.
- Track warranty items through completion and ensure quality standards are met.
- Maintain accurate records of all warranty communications and resolutions.
2. Customer Experience & Communication
- Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners throughout the warranty process.
- Set expectations, provide updates, and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Resolve issues efficiently while representing Cedar and Sage with professionalism.
3. Project Engineering Support
- Assist Project Managers and Superintendents with active project coordination.
- Support submittals, RFIs, and project documentation as needed.
- Help track project progress, timelines, and outstanding items.
- Assist with punch walks, inspections, and closeout processes.
4. Field Coordination
- Visit job sites to assess warranty items and support ongoing construction efforts.
- Coordinate with trades to ensure work is completed correctly and on schedule.
- Identify potential issues early and communicate solutions to the team.
5. Systems & Process Management
- Utilize Buildertrend to manage warranty tickets, schedules, and documentation.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date project and warranty records.
- Support continuous improvement of warranty and project processes.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer & Marketing Coordinator to support our growing real estate development company. This role is primarily focused on graphic design and brand execution, while also supporting social media management, website updates, and broader marketing initiatives. You will play a key role in bringing our communities to life visually—ensuring all marketing materials are polished, cohesive, and aligned with our brand. This position works closely with the Marketing Manager and collaborates with sales teams, leadership, and external vendors.

Key Responsibilities
Graphic Design & Creative Execution (Primary Focus)
- Design high-quality marketing materials, including:
- Brochures, development booklets, and flyers
- Digital advertisements and social media graphics
- Site signage, event materials, and branded collateral
- Presentation decks and internal materials
- Maintain strict brand consistency across all platforms (fonts, colors, logos, tone)
- Prepare print-ready files and coordinate with print vendors
- Organize and maintain a digital asset library (photos, renderings, floorplans)
- Support community launches, campaigns, and events with creative assets
Social Media & Content Management
- Develop and execute a content calendar aligned with company initiatives
- Create and publish engaging content (graphics, reels, captions)
- Monitor engagement and respond to comments and direct messages
- Track performance metrics and recommend optimizations
- Stay current on social trends and platform best practices
Website & Digital Presence
- Update and maintain website content (community pages, listings, blogs)
- Upload and organize visuals and marketing materials
- Ensure accuracy of pricing, availability, and messaging
- Assist with SEO optimization (metadata, keywords, alt tags)
- Monitor site functionality and coordinate updates with developers
- Track and report website analytics
Email Marketing & Campaign Support

- Assist in building and executing email campaigns (content, layout, scheduling)
- Ensure brand consistency across all email communications

- Assist the Marketing Manager in planning and executing marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with the team to implement campaign assets across platforms
- Support event marketing, including signage, materials, and promotions
- Assist with coordination and execution of community events and launches
- Provide general marketing support and assist with miscellaneous tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Strong graphic design skills with a sharp eye for layout, typography, and branding
- Proficiency in Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience managing social media platforms for a brand or business
- Familiarity with website CMS platforms (Builder Cloud preferred)
- Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Constant Contact) preferred
- Strong written communication skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Basic understanding of marketing analytics and performance tracking
- Portfolio of design work required
