Every Cedar & Sage home includes a 1-Year Limited Builder Warranty covering non- cosmetic defects in materials and workmanship. Many components are also covered under manufacturer warranties, and our team assists in coordinating those as needed.
Customization options depend on the stage of construction. Early in the build process, buyers may have the ability to select finishes and upgrades. For completed or near- complete homes, selections are pre-determined to ensure timely delivery.
Build timelines vary based on the home type, weather conditions, and construction stage at the time of purchase. On average, new construction can take several months, but we also offer move-in-ready homes for quicker timelines.
The process typically includes selecting your home, submitting a purchase agreement, and providing earnest money. From there, we guide you through financing, construction updates, and closing.
You are not required to use our preferred lender; however, doing so often provides access to exclusive incentives, streamlined communication, and a smoother closing

Yes. You will have a final walkthrough prior to closing to ensure the home meets expectations. We also offer additional warranty walkthroughs at approximately 60 days and 11 months after closing.
HOA coverage varies by community but may include common area maintenance, amenities (such as pools, clubhouses, or landscaping), and sometimes exterior maintenance. Each development has specific CC&Rs outlining details.
