Customization options depend on the stage of construction. Early in the build process, buyers may have the ability to select finishes and upgrades. For completed or near- complete homes, selections are pre-determined to ensure timely delivery.
Build timelines vary based on the home type, weather conditions, and construction stage at the time of purchase. On average, new construction can take several months, but we also offer move-in-ready homes for quicker timelines.

This program is a great solution for buyers who need additional time to improve their credit, save for a down payment, or transition between homes.
