Every home we build is backed by a comprehensive 1-Year Limited Builder Warranty, covering non-cosmetic defects in materials and workmanship, so you can move in with confidence. In addition, many of the products in your home are protected by manufacturer warranties, and our team is here to help coordinate any needed repairs. Our dedicated warranty process makes it simple to submit requests, with a response from our team within two business days, and we proactively support homeowners with scheduled check-ins at approximately 60 days and 11 months after closing. It’s all part of our commitment to delivering a seamless, high-quality homeownership experience—because at Cedar & Sage, we don’t just build homes, we stand behind them.
